About the Position

Physical Therapist (PT)

Vineland, NJ | Outpatient

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services within a community-based outpatient setting
Treat patients across all age groups, including pediatric patients for those with demonstrated competency in that population
Manage a diverse caseload covering all diagnoses common to outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation practice
Document patient care and progress using an electronic health record system (Cerner)
Build and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients, family members, and interdisciplinary colleagues
May be required to cover additional outpatient locations within the regional network as needed

Required Qualifications

Active New Jersey Physical Therapist State License required
New graduates are eligible and encouraged to apply
Ability to work day shift hours (8:00 AM – 6:30 PM window)
No call requirements
No float requirements outside of designated outpatient locations

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
Experience working with pediatric populations is a plus, though not required
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster lasting relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
