We’re looking for an experienced Carpet Installer to join our team. We are open to bringing on the right person as either an in-house installer or a subcontractor. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up reliably, and enjoys doing high-quality residential and commercial installations. Our work is primarily medium- to high-end residential and Main Street commercial projects, with occasional full-scale commercial work. We’re based out of Plymouth, NH, and Bethlehem, NH with most jobs located within a 50-mile radius. Experience should include, but not be limited to: Tack strip installation Removal of old floor covering Roll goods installation T-seams and butt seams Patterned carpet installation Glue-down carpet Carpet tile Stairs — full wrap, runners, and wedge Carpet binding Pad installation Ability to install other types of flooring is a plus The Right Person for Our Team We're looking for someone who is: Reliable and dependable Takes pride in their craftsmanship and attention to detail Has a strong work ethic Professional and presentable when working in customers' homes and businesses Able to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality Holds a valid driver's license For subcontractors, we’re looking for an established installer who brings the same level of reliability, professionalism, and quality workmanship to every job.
